New Jersey State 4-H Show

On Thursday, August 20, 2015, we load Lilly on the trailer and head to the Horsepark of New Jersey for the State 4-H Show. This is the first year my daughter, Grace was in 4-H and it was quite different from her experiences at USDF Shows. She qualified in Second Level for Dressage, of course, but surprisingly, she also qualified for Hunter Under Saddle. We had no idea how Lilly would handle riding in a crowded show ring, but the hot little mare handled the traffic well.

Grace rides her dressage tests on Friday afternoon and her Hunter Under Saddle class on Saturday morning.

I will be hanging posters and on the grounds
